  • Return Policies

    Exchanges or returns can be granted within 7 days from when the shipment is received. Notice must be given to contact@lesincompetentsmail.com within 3 days from when the shipment is received regarding any problems or concerns with the merchandise. Returned items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and the hangtags must not have been removed. Please return items in their original packaging, including any plastic wrap. Returns attempted after 7 days will not be accepted.

    Refunds: Once the return has been approved, you will be refunded the amount you paid for the returned item(s), via the same means used to make your purchase. The original shipping charge is not refunded.

    Exchanges: You will be credited the amount for the returned item(s), including taxes. Exchanges are processed as a new order. Your original form of payment will be credited, and you will then be charged for the replacement. All exchanges depend on existing stock.

    Canadian customers are financially responsible for shipping the item back to Les Incompétents for exchange or store credit. International customers are financially responsible for shipping the item back to Les Incompétents for exchange or store credit, as well as for shipping the exchanged item back to their respective country. We are not accountable for returns that are lost or damaged in the post.

    Any item(s) purchased at regular price before the start of a sale may not be exchanged for items at sale price. We will not issue a credit for the difference in price on items purchased before the start of a sale. All orders purchased during sales are final, no exchanges or refund.

    Items purchased from the Les Incompétents online store cannot be returned at any retail location. Items purchased from any retail store cannot be returned to the Les Incompétents online store.
